Background and Aim: Antibiotics that increase growth have long been employed as a component of chicken growth. Long-term, unchecked usage may lead to microbial imbalance, resistance, immune system suppression. Probiotics are suitable secure feed additive be provided solution. The objective this research was ascertain the effects dietary multistrain probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium spp., Lactobacillus plantarum) on morphology (length weight) reproductive organs productivity performance laying hens during early stage laying. Materials Methods: One hundred ISA Brown commercial layer chicks same body weight (BW) were 5 days old divided into five treatments, each with four replicates in duplicate. There different interventions: (T1) 100% base feed; (T2) 2.5 g antibiotic promoter/kg (T3) plus probiotics; (T4) at 1 mL/kg (T5) probiotics, 3 feed, feed. parameters observed performance, internal exterior egg quality, hens’ organs.
